Impotence Causes

Low self-esteem is one the reasons why men are not able to show their full potential and complicate relationships. Sexual failure among men is not something that is openly discussed, they often feel embarrassed and keep it to themselves. The most perturbing health problem men face today is loss of hard erection. This condition is called Erectile Dysfunction or impotence. You can clearly imagine what a man would feel like when he feels that he cannot perform his conjugal duty at all due to loss of erection or when he has difficulty in keeping hard erection. Impotence or erectile dysfunction put a big question mark on the manhood of men and they prefer death to life when they cannot overcome erectile dysfunction or impotence.

The embarrassment for erectile dysfunction sufferer is so severe that they are ready to spend any amount of money to cure their erectile dysfunction problem. You can well imagine their condition by visualizing a lion without paws. To help all such erectile dysfunction sufferers, here are simple two steps which every man who is suffering from erectile dysfunction or who is having problem in maintaining hard erection should follow dedicatedly.

Pay heed to your diet. Try to eat balanced diet. Add fiber, raw and fruit , proteins and vitamins etc. in your diet. This would provide energy and also new blood in the body. Consume at least 10-12 glasses of drinking water daily. This would help increase the volume of seminal fluid in the body.
