Erectile Dysfunction Treatment

Penis size is really important to a man and therefore small penis size is the biggest sexual problem for a man. Your self confidence, pleasure and several such things are dependent on your sexual life's success. Women always like a man with bigger penis. Therefore since ages men are trying to woo the women by increasing their penis size and improving their sexual stamina.

Several products are available in the market today which can be used to enlarge your penis. So choose your product carefully. Herbal penis enlargement pills like VigRX are the popular mediums for safe and effective penis enlargement; penis pumps too are effective in enlargement and improving the erections.

Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate) was approved by the US Food and Drugs Administration (FDA) in 1998

and is by far the most popular impotence synthetic treatment today, with millions of pills sold all over the World each month. Levitra (Vardenafil) was approved by the FDA in 2003, and although it is a newer drug, it is gaining popularity pretty quickly.

Viagra works about an hour after taking the pill while Levitra will start working from 15 minutes to an hour; the Viagra's effect lasts for up to four hours and Levitra's for up to five hours.
As all pharmaceutical drugs, both Viagra and Levitra can cause adverse side effects; in 97% of the cases these side effects are mild and do not require any special treatment.

There is no noticeable difference in the success rate of both drugs - they work in approximately 70% to 80% of the cases. Unfortunately a single, universal impotence treatment that works 100% for all men does not exist.

There is no noticeable difference in the price per pill for Viagra and Levitra.

Unlike Viagra which works better and faster on an empty stomach and does not work well after the intake of high-fat food, Levitra works regardless of the food consumption. The heavy consumption of alcohol while taking any PDE-5 inhibitor should be avoided since it might intensify the side effects.

In most countries both Viagra and Levitra require prescriptions.

Viagra is sold in 25 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg tablets, and most doctors will initially prescribe the 50g tablets, and then adjust the dose if needed. Levitra is sold in the form of 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg tablets and the 10 mg ones are the usual initial dose
